Based on these photos, very likely that aggressive liposuction of torso would be good first step. If that is not enough, additional excision of skin in lower abdomen, without moving your belly button, could be considered. Breast augmentation with implants will improve breasts significantly; however, you will need a breast lift as well. All of this can be done in a single surgery providing that you are in a good health. Hope this helps.

Yes, some liposuction of your central abdomen would help improve your contour. It may also be possible to remove a small amount of skin in your lower central scar as well. It is best to discuss in person with a board certified plastic surgeon

I would recommend doing liposuction to remove excess fat. With a tummy tuck, certain areas cannot be treated with liposuction at the same time for safety to your skin.

An in person evaluation is best, but from the photos it appears you will have improvement with liposuction. This would improve the abdomen and you can accentuate your curves. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to learn more.

You would look much better with a lipo 360 (Liposuction of the abdomen, sides and lower back). This should reduce the lower ledge, flatten the stomach and give you some better curves.

A lot of people have a fat distribution that transitions from being quite thin in the groin area, just above the pubic area to gradually becoming thicker and thicker towards the mid abdomen.
During a full tummy tuck, the skin that is excised often contains the transitioning fat thickness, leading to a mismatch a fat thickness at the incision line. In your case effectiveness is much thicker just above the incision line then just below. Ideally plastic surgeons should adjust the thickness of subcutaneous fat in order to have the thicknesses match in order to not have a step off at the closure line.
This can be adjusted with a revision of your tummy, tuck, or potentially, could be corrected with Liposuction alone.
It’s also important to assess your abdominal wall to see if there’s any bulging still.
It appears you may have gained some weight, and this may be contributing by both accentuating, the subcutaneous, fat layer and deep intra abdominal , visceral fat.
Making an assessment on the appearance of someone’s abdomen whether they’ve had a previous cosmetic surgery or not should not be all that difficult. I suggest having a few second opinion in person consultations with experienced local, board-certified plastic surgeons. The problem is always going to be related, either to skin laxity, subcutaneous fat distribution, muscle separation, or visceral fat.
Having a clear understanding of the underlying problem, should help with the understanding of what each procedure can, and cannot accomplish.
