Should I get a tummy tuck revision or focus elsewhere? (Photo)

I had a full tummy tuck and hernia repair in 2014. I've had a ledge in my lower abs since day one. No matter if I'm skinny or have extra fat - the ledge is there. I also have stubborn fat that stays even at my fittest. I am trying to decide between a mini tummy tuck since the lower abs seem to not be stitched or breast lift, small implant and lots of lipo all the way around. Which would be more gratifying for my shape? I guess more desired result since I have to choose.
