You may have an organized seroma now filled with scar tissue which can be excised and drained again, or you may have some excess fat which can be treated with liposuction. An examination will tell what you have.

It would be helpful. If you could point out exactly what area of your results you are concerned about. It looks like there’s some fullness along the length of your incision. Most people have a gradual increase in thickness of subcutaneous fat from the groin to mid abdomen. When a large segment of skin is removed along this area where subcutaneous fat gradually transitions in thickness, there will be an inherent mismatch at the incision line.
Sometimes when closing under tension surgeons will recruit excessive tissue with how suturing is done. most likely would you need is a scar revision at which time the thickness of subcutaneous fat can be adjusted on each side of the incision line to have a more harmonious closure.
I suggest speaking to your surgeon or having in person second opinion, consultations with other board-certified plastic surgeons in your community.
