Based on these photos but without your before photos to compare, I would say that you have nice early result. Your scars are fresh and in some areas hypertrophic; for that reason you should use silicone tapes to flatten and improve current scars, if you have not done so. It appears that liposuction of the abdomen, after tissues mature (give it al least 1 year after surgery) would be a reasonable way to further improve your result. Good luck.

Tightness is normal since your muscles were tightened and excess skin was removed. An examination is needed to be certain, but if you have some excess fat, liposuction could be done and might help with the heaviness feeling. Otherwise, weight loss could help both issues. You can always contact your surgeon virtually and discuss your concerns.

Follow up appointments are so important in surgical recovery. It's difficult to know what may be the issue without an examination and/or more information. If you are unable to find a surgeon to see you in the US I suggest contacting your surgeon for a phone or video appointment. You may want to see if it is GI related as well.

I do not recommend people travel long distances for elective surgical procedures, especially major operations like a full tummy tuck. People do not seem to understand the importance of having multiple in person, consultations before surgery, how many people have serious concerns and questions after surgical procedures, the number of people who end up needing revisions, and the complications actually do happen.
Your surgeon is responsible for the outcome of the procedure and you are responsible for choosing that surgeon.
You are certainly free to call other plastic surgeons and ask for their assistance, but you should be prepared to pay for their services.
To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure we always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your provider to forward the once they took.
A tummy tuck is a major operation that often takes time to get used to. For some people this period can take a few years. Those mostly bothers by tight sensations may not have been ideal candidates for the procedure. This is especially true for those who have excess visceral fat that can lead to increased intaabdominal pressure causing a tight sensation.
