I found a doctor who does something called an “eye lift from the temple” combined with blepharoplasty. He says this involves a bi lateral temporal incision along the the hairline to tighten underlying tissue. Is this considered safe ? and are there other doctors who perform this ? The before & after pictures look really pretty, though some look extreme. But I am looking for a very big difference with my eyes.

However, it is not always needed. I would discuss this with your plastic surgeon to make sure you understand the anticipated results before doing them together. Essentially less eyelid skin excision is needed if the brow lift is done, but the brows should not be lifted higher than a normal position to lessen the need for skin excision to prevent the eys and brow from being out of balance and natural looking.
