Thank you for sharing your question. You might be safe immediately after receiving Botox or filler to be treated with microneedling. It is probably more prudent to wait two weeks just to avoid any possible problem. Good luck.
In my practice i do fillers, lasers, and needling all on the same day without any risk or complications by someone well trained. Best, Dr. Emer.
After Botox injections, I recommend waiting 1 week before microneedling.BestDr H Karamanoukian#RealSelf100 Member
I like to wait 1-2 weeks. Why? Because IPL and micro needling can cause some minor skin swelling. In this case BOTOX can diffuse from the area is which it is placed. This can cause problems. On this basis I like to space things on 1-2 weeks apart. Fillers and Botox, however, can be done on the same day. Micro-needling with 0.5 needles is quite superficial and non-invasive so recovery time is quite rapid. Typically within minutes to just a few hours the micro-channels have closed and the inflammation has subsided.Micro-needling can be done anytime after these treatments. In my office we recommend waiting until the next day.
