Are there any Miami doctors that perform BBL surgery in a hospital O.R.? Would doing so reduce the risk of death?

Unlike the past, the lionshare of cosmetic procedures are now done in an outpatient setting.  As long as the procedure is perfumed by a qualified plastic surgeon in an accredited facility, you are good to go.  They have comparable safety records to hospital based surgery.  Having a big procedure like a BBL and then getting in an airplane a few days later is not such a hot idea and adds to your risk especially in light of a borderline protein C deficiency.  Atmospheric pressure changes and immobility can potentially lead to clotting in the leg veins.  The same holds true for long care rides.  There are plenty of good surgeons in Atlanta who can help you.  Regarding the highly publicized fatalities, that is always a horrible tragedy.  If you go back and do forensics, you will often find that too much surgery was done (often BBL, TT, and breast work) followed by air travel.  I would think twice about that.
