Butt Lift, as well. At 17 days’ post-op, you are still in the early stages of
healing. Bruising is common and should resolve in the coming days. Tenderness
can last for several weeks and swelling may take from three to six months to
fully resolve. Carefully follow your surgeon’s suggestions during your recovery
period, such as continuing to wear your compression garment, as this will ensure
the best results. If you have any further concerns, however, I recommend contacting
your operating surgeon’s office for evaluation.

Swelling can last anywhere from 3-6 months. Swelling and bruising gets better with time. When you wake up you will feel tired, sore, and stiff. It is important to take the medication prescribed to you. Someone will need to drive you home, and you may need assistance at home over the next couple of days.You will have a compression garment on after surgery to provide support, which should not be removed for the next few days following surgery.Rest is important to the healing process, so do it as much as possible following your procedure. Drink plenty of fluids, and be sure to take the prescribed medications.Most likely, you will be able to resume calm, quiet work within a few days to weeks following Buttock enhancement surgery. Too early to judge on the final result. You are still at the healing stage. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks to settle. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon.You have to give your body at least 12 weeks to start seeing results and final results can take 3-6 months depending the way your body heals
