BL/BA 17 days ago. 435cc silicone under the muscle. Right side stretched just fine, but my left is really tight. Feels like a ball under my underarm sometimes. It also seems to rub the inside of my upperarm, because it is very sore and sensitive in this area. Doc says he doesn't think it is bad positioning of implant because everything looks even at the bottom of the breasts. i just feel very limited with what I can do with my left arm :(

With that perspective, you should be a little more patient give it some more time especially that you less than 3 weeks post-op.I recommend that you keep communicating with your surgeon and to follow his/her recommendations hence working as a team together.Best of luck to you!Ali Sajjadian, MD FACS

Answer: Mastopexy Augmentation Most women have very differing breasts and it is common for plastic surgeon to have to do more surgery on one side when compared to the other. This is especially true with revision cases. Give your self some time. 4-6 weeks is when the muscle should accommodate most noticeably. A muscle relaxant may help in the interim.
