If I had very minimal to no results from FaceTite, Should I expect the same minimal to no results from Thermi RF? What, if any, are the differences between the two techniques/procedures?
Answer: FaceTite vs. Thermitight Both ThermiTight and FaceTight use radiofrequency energy under the skin to help tighten and lift the skin on the face and body. There are small differences in the way this energy is delivered. Both procedures can provide good results in the appropriate candidates when performed in experienced hands. Therefore, the most important thing is the skill and experience of the physician performing the procedure. Again, in experienced hands both treatments are safe. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician provider.

Answer: FaceTite vs. Thermitight Thanks for your question. Both devices use radiofrequency-based energies to tighten loose skin, get rid of subdermal fat, and stimulate neocollagenesis, so the quick answer would be yes. However, it would be important to know what device parameters and settings were used with your Facetite to see if you had a good treatment session with your original procedure. Other factors to consider are your baseline skin characteristics- how much laxity, how much fat, overall skin tone, ethnicity, sun damage quality, etc. The RF-based devices lead to less dramatic results and are not a replacement for surgery, so perhaps you would be a better candidate for a more aggressive modality such as liposuction or even a facelift surgery. It is important to discuss your goals and expectations with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Skin Tightening for the face needs a combination with J Plasma, lasers, rf treatments, microneedling/prp, ultherapy A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with skin tightening for the face. I recommend J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Is Thermi RF going to give results if I didn't get any from FaceTite? I don't think that Thermi RF is a better technology than FaceTite. If you didn't get results from FaceTite, it is probably because you weren't a good candidate for the procedure. I think that neck and face lift area needed in some cases. FaceTite will give a more thorough treatment than Thermi because it treats through the skin as well as the fibroseptal network in the subdermis.
