Will Lipo 360 give me a more defined and smooth hourglass shape. Will it make my hips and butt look bigger?

You have a great figure now, so I think you will be very please with 360 lipo. I think this will accentuate your hourglass appearance. The BBL will obviously make you even curvier, so I think that is just a personal decision.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

yes you can get a more hourglass or s curve shape with lipo 360. if you have loose skin you will need skin removal and./or internal heating with renuvion.

my whole practice is doing lipoabdominoplasty, or at least liposuction with internal heating (which is not the gold standard for skin tightening with body contouring).

the smaller you are before liposuction the more contouring you can get from the procedure. most of my liposuction patients get pre and post surgical optimization with hormonal therapy (see link to help boost their weight loss before surgery and help them heal after).

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

It appears, based on presented photos and my personal aesthetics, that beside liposuction, a small fat grafting/augmentation of concave areas of lateral butts and hips (very conservative!) may be better procedure for you. However, you should act on the basis of your own aesthetic vision and ask your surgeon to follow it. In both cases, you will end up with excellent result in experienced hands. Good luck.

Hi and thanks for your question. Based on your photos, vaser liposuction can be performed for your tummy, sides, lower and upper back region. Decreasing the belt size causes bigger hip appearance. If you have bigger hips, fat injection can also be done for your hips (BBL, Brazilian Butt Lift). With this surgery you can get hourglass body shape.

NO WAY! You need in my over the RS internet opinion - lipo 360/BBL.. But best to virtual with your surgeon if possible to see you have hip dip deformity with dents in buttock. Regards drfixitmiami

A lot depends on who does the procedure.

I typically refer to that area as a full torso. It’s basically your entire torso with the exception of your breast. Technically the Full torso should include the armpit or under arm area.

To camouflage the hip dips Liposuction has to go low on the hips all the way down to where the hip dips end. Adding a small amount of fat transfer in just a hips will help feminized and bring out better curves but will make that area also larger.

You’re a good candidate for Liposuction alone with or without fat transfer.

The only variable at this point is who does the procedure.

If you find the right plastic surgeon you can get results similar to what your wish pictures are.

I personally feel in person consultations serve both the patient and the plastic surgeon far better than virtual consultations.

During consultations I suggest asking the surgeon to show all of their abdomen 360 liposuction before and after pictures.

A highly experienced plastic surgeon should typically have a few hundred before and after pictures.

They should be able to find someone who has a very similar body contour to your own and show you exactly what’s included, what’s not included and what you should expect afterwards.

It should not be difficult to show how improved hip dips can be from just Liposuction with or without fat transfer.

Seeing one or two excellent results or results on patients with different body contours isn’t all that helpful. Seeing someone’s best result of their career isn’t really what patients need. Instead what you should be trying to obtain or average result outcomes.

That and an assessment of how many Liposuction cases this provider has done in their career.
