What kind of implants should I get to correct the asymmetry of my breasts and also achieve the pornstar look?

3D imaging is not very reliable in my opinion for breast implants, and it's best to make the decision about implant type, size, shape, and location based on personal variables that you should discuss with your surgeon.  Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations. Cup sizes are not standard across bra makers, and implant sizing is NOT based on height, weight, BMI, or desired cup size.  This is something you will need to do IN PERSON with an experienced surgeon to determine what works well for you, and to get advice about if what you like is possible and what to expect with regards to results.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.  

I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience. It is difficult to say without assessing you in person. Generally speaking, if you choose a high profile implant, you will get a round bubbly look. Moderate profile will have more of a natural slope. Please seek a board certified plastic surgeon for another in person consultation.Regards,

Determining whether you need simply a breast implant versus a breast lift or both can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position.

Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often use an implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. Also, price range for breast lift is around 10k to 15k depending on whether you need a lollipop or a donut mastopexy.

Another important consideration to make would be the breast implant type and sizing selection. In fact, this is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. 

When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.

Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.

Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.

You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

A high profile implant will likely achieve satisfaction in the porn star arena. An exam or Photos at the least would be needed for an opinion on the need for a lift or not. 

I recommend you try another consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience producing the look you want. They will select the right size implants based on discussing your goals, examining you, giving you implant samples, and reviewing before/after pictures to give you an idea of results you can expect to get. They try to teach us to make everything look natural in doctor school.  Still, high, round full breasts can be achieved.  It is difficult to give you any specifics without an examination or, at least, a photo.  I don't use video imaging.  You can do lots of stuff on a computer that you may or may not be able to replicate in real life.  I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with another board-certified plastic surgeon or two so that they can examine you in person and review your options with you.

Really this can only be determined with a long and thoughtful consultation and examination.  Most likely the you are aiming for can be achieved with a volume, high projection cohesive round implant.  The decision making is rather complex, so have your consultant explain this and talk you through the process.Best of luck!

Many factors play in to how your breasts will look after implants. If you have enough breast tissue beforehand, then placement of high profile implants above the pectoralis muscle are most likely to give you the look you want.
However, be aware that overtime implants that are too large and heavy (and even some that are not) can have deleterious effects on the appearance of your breasts. 
Knowing that this is a possibility, you may choose to go forward with surgery to achieve the "porn star look". Revision surgery is usually necessary down the road.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your first consultation experience went poorly.  Based on your narrative it is important to remember that you want to select implants that meet your expectations but also limit the additional risks that accompany large implants.  That said for a less natural look I would recommend a highly cohesive gel implant from Allergan's Natrelle line.  You likely would need a full or extra-full projection, with cc size determined on your specific key breast measurements.  Hope that this helps.

Difficult to answer without photos, but in general, if you have had children or lost weight, and have sagging breasts, then you will need a lift to get the result you describe. A large implant alone won't do it. You probably want large round implants and a lift.
