I’m not interested in looking natural. I had one consultation and it was awful! He didn’t listen to me at ALL and the 3D image was horrific. I’m not letting that bad experience deter me from trying again. I like the look of big, round, high breasts. I have a slight difference in the size of mine and need that corrected as well. Would I need lift? I don’t want saggy breasts.
Answer: Implant type 3D imaging is not very reliable in my opinion for breast implants, and it's best to make the decision about implant type, size, shape, and location based on personal variables that you should discuss with your surgeon. Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations. Cup sizes are not standard across bra makers, and implant sizing is NOT based on height, weight, BMI, or desired cup size. This is something you will need to do IN PERSON with an experienced surgeon to determine what works well for you, and to get advice about if what you like is possible and what to expect with regards to results. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can start your search.

Answer: BA I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience. It is difficult to say without assessing you in person. Generally speaking, if you choose a high profile implant, you will get a round bubbly look. Moderate profile will have more of a natural slope. Please seek a board certified plastic surgeon for another in person consultation.Regards,

Answer: Breast Augmentation With or Without a Lift? Hi goodbyenatural, Determining whether you need simply a breast implant versus a breast lift or both can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often use an implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. Also, price range for breast lift is around 10k to 15k depending on whether you need a lollipop or a donut mastopexy. Another important consideration to make would be the breast implant type and sizing selection. In fact, this is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements. Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match. Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: The Breast Choice A high profile implant will likely achieve satisfaction in the porn star arena. An exam or Photos at the least would be needed for an opinion on the need for a lift or not.

Answer: What kind of implants should I get to correct the asymmetry of my breasts and also achieve the pornstar look? I recommend you try another consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience producing the look you want. They will select the right size implants based on discussing your goals, examining you, giving you implant samples, and reviewing before/after pictures to give you an idea of results you can expect to get. Good luck!
