Can you have increased cellulite from a BBL?

I have not found the buttocks to look saggy as you heal in the thousands of BBLs I have performed. In general, the dimpling, which is different from true cellulite, is improved with the BBL and typically resolves with time as the fat becomes part of your body and swelling subsides. The liposuction, TT,  and BBL can produce dramatic results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Many women have cellulite of the buttocks and lower thighs.  Pathologically, cellulite involves fibrous connections between the undersurface of the skin and deeper tissue that causes the concavity you see in addition to hypertrophy of superficial fat that causes the small bulges on the perimeter of the concavities.  Fat grafting can improve cellulite to a limited degree.  You still need to break up the fibrous bands (a laser or forked liposuction cannula can be used).  Some women have dents or concavities of their buttocks that are not technically cellulite, and these can be improved with fat grafting.  Fat grafting does not make cellulite worse per say.  In some instances, extra fat and fullness and the tension that comes with it can temporarily make cellulite more apparent.    

Hello, thanks for your question. Cellulite cannot be caused because of a bbl, but besides that, as we're talking about fat, as much fat you have transfered, it will sometimes and with time, as it's softening, you can see some.. But it's not something that you can notice very much.
