When can I go back to stripping after BBL? Mostly tweaking and moving my butt with out damaging anything

A lot of patients ask us when they can return to their pre surgery activities. For more sedentary people who work in an office it's usually a couple of weeks (sometimes less). For someone more active like yourself who really exercises and moves vigorously at work, I would recommend waiting 6 weeks to allow time for the fat graft to heal. Returning to vigorous exercise too soon can compromise your results, cause complications (fat necrosis, hematoma), and undo all the hard work you and your surgeon went through to get you the result you wanted. As always, please talk to your surgeon for his or her recommendations.

Usually the time recommended to return to work (if it implies a lot of movements) it's 3 to 4 weeks after surgery, so the swollen can goes down.I recommend you to ask directly to your plastic surgeon about it, so you can follow his/her instructions.Hope this could help and good luck :)
