Almost 2 years ago i opted for a reverse tummy tuck at the same time as a breast lift with implant exchange. Now i have no imf and my implants are too small. One surgeon recommended imf reconstruction but he wouldn't perform it and the other to increase my implants from 335cc to 550cc. What should i do?

Answer: That's exactly what needs to be done Progressive tension sutures are key to preventing a reverse abdominoplasty failure. Your breasts need new implants, capsular tightening with mesh, breast lift scar revision, and a IMF reset via revision reverse abdominoplasty, all of which I've done numerous times.

Answer: Surgery I am not a fan of the reverse tummy tuck because it often just pulls the breasts down over time. I would suggest repairing the fold, using mesh if needed, but not going larger. A heavier implant will increase your risk of bottoming out again, especially as you age.
