Hello, next month I am getting a revision for pocket tightening and galaflex. I have 250&270 right now. Will this make me look like the girl in pink or do I need bigger cc too?
Answer: Need Without seeing the entire breast, it is challenging to make any official recommendations. The challenging part of creating upper fullness/cleavage is that the breast footprint is highly variable between patients. This is where the breast is actually sitting on the patient's chest wall. If you have a wide breast footprint, it is hard to match any results in another patient who had a more narrow breast footprint in comparison.

Answer: Implant size Dear 250and270mod, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Surgery Even if you go larger, you still may not look like the model in pink because your bases are farther apart. The bases cannot be moved and this is your anatomy.

Answer: Larger implants will be helpful Pocket tightening and the use of Galaflex will elevate the breasts more higher and more medially to create greater cleavage. You may need the pockets extended medially as well. Larger implants will be helpful in achieving your desired result. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Larger implants? In my opinion, you will need a larger implant to imitate that look as closely as possible. She has more width and more projection, so simply tightening the pocket could help, but if you're willing to go up slightly in size, it will give your surgeon more control over the final look.
