You had severe asymmetry pre-operatively. You will need a revision. I would recommend a circumareola approach to reposition the nipples. You may also benefit from fat transfers rather than just implant exchange. The fat can be used to create upper pole fullness and to create symmetry of the inframammary folds.

Your breast asymmetry was not just volumetric, it also involved skin surface area; your larger breast also proportionately had more skin, so any combination of implants would not have adequately addressed this. You needed either a unilateral breast lift or a bilateral lift with the smaller on getting a smaller lift. Implant selection was also off. This all can be fixed with a complicated surgery that requires a true breast expert.

The higher implant could still settle down into place and you would look much more symmetrical. I would suggest wearing the breast band and consider external ultrasound treatments and oral Accolate. Otherwise, you will need surgery to adjust the inferior pocket. However, it is too soon for a revision since you are early in the healing phase.

Between day 1 and day 42 (six weeks) there are 41 days. Surely, your plastic surgeon did NOT tell you that after 42 days your breasts will look the best that they will ever look. LISTEN to your doctor for now. You have put trust in this person. If after at LEAST 6 months you are not satisfied, then have a discussion with him/her/he/she/them/they. Good luck!

Based on your nicely posted photos, you should’ve been told at the initial surgery. You may need 2 to 3 rounds of surgery to attain results desired. Now you are ready for stage two, which in my opinion would be a right shaped or donut mast to elevate the nipple area, exchange of left implant to high profile larger size with a capsule atomy release of the medial area. $10,000-$15,000.
