I had over the muscle sub facia implants placed 6 weeks ago. Right breast was 50cc bigger so Dr did 510cc left breast and 470cc right breast. Plan was ultra high profile but during surgery DR changed and did 2 different profiles ultra high in left and high profile in right. From day one the results have been 2 completely looking breast, its has not improved. The largest issue is the upper pole on the left breast compared the the right. Will this get better or will I need a revision.

There is no issue upsizing issues here in my opinion. I would consider adding Galaflex for soft tissue support to prevent potentially causing any problems with a larger implant overtime.

One implant is sitting a little high and it could be lowered down in place. You can go some bigger, but I would suggest staying with smooth implants for less long term risks.
