Hello! I would like to permanently correct my hollow under eye area. I already have an appointment for a fillers consultation, but I would really prefer a permanent solution to correct this area. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!! Thank you.

You can also consider lower blepharoplasty surgery which is a permanent solution. Another option is ALMI. This non surgical procedure uses your own tissue to smooth contours with added volume. It also improves skin tone and texture. Be sure to see an expert injector to learn more.

Another option would be to consider fat transfer, utilizing your own fat as a filler to that tear trough area. I find in my practice that fat is very natural looking and can be long lasting. If you have any bags under the eyes, that fat can potentially be repositioned to help fell the hollow. Answer: Under eye hollows Thanks for your question!Without a thorough, in person, physical examination, I can't fully evaluate the issue. I totally understand the desire for lasting and permanent solutions. The permanent options would be permanent filler, implants, blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, or fat injection. I don't like permament filler... at all. I'd be worried that implants won't be a great permanent solution for you either because your soft tissue and bone will change significantly in the next 20-30yrs.
