It appears you have right upper eyelid ptosis which forces your right eyebrow to raise in order to help lift the droopy upper eyelid. See an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.

Hello, it is normal for the wound to be slightly lumpy bumpy within the immediate post operative period (which you are in). I would continue to apply ointment to your wounds and allow for the wounds to flatten with time.

It is not possible to reliably create an epicanthal fold.  I have seen the story related to the photos you have posted and do not believe this story.  It is impossible without the benefit for photoshop to achieve this result.  Don't destroy your appearance with surgeries that are doomed to failure.
