My eyelids SHOW ALOT. Especially when I am looking straight ahead or down. They make my eyes look like they are bulging out and making me look like a frog. It also makes me look older and bony. How can I make my eyelids show less, even when staring downward and straight ahead? My eyelid images are attached.

There are several treatment options based on your desired goals. One minimally invasive option would be filler injection in your upper eyelids.

A very precise surgery would address the upper eyelid ptosis and help establish an upper eyelid crease.  Generally this will help upper eyelid volume as well.  These are fussy surgeries.  This should not be addressed with posterior ptosis surgery in my opinion.  Ultimately there is no substitute for a personal consultation.

I believe from your photos that you have a high upper eyelid crease, which gives the appearance of a extended droopy upper eyelid. It can be repaired, but I would recommend seeing someone who regularly performs ptosis repairs such as an oculoplastic surgeon.  Good Luck!

I do see the upper eyelid changes that you are noticing. We call this "tarsal platform show." Increased tarsal platform show can be due to a droopy eyelid (ptosis) or due to volume loss in the upper part of the eye socket. Consider finding an oculoplastic surgeon in your area for a consultation. Brett Kotlus or Rob Schwartz would be my recommendations in New York.
