One eyelid is showing more than the other or one has started dropping. Sometimes it doesn't look bad and other times during the day it looks like one eye is much bigger than the other. This has just started happening recently. I went to see my family physician and he said it was caused by a migraine and stress and gave medicine. But, it's been a couple weeks with no improvement. I had a thyrodectomy 10 yrs ago and take a thyroid replacement medicine. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, it is normal for the wound to be slightly lumpy bumpy within the immediate post operative period (which you are in). I would continue to apply ointment to your wounds and allow for the wounds to flatten with time.

It is not possible to reliably create an epicanthal fold. I have seen the story related to the photos you have posted and do not believe this story. It is impossible without the benefit for photoshop to achieve this result. Don't destroy your appearance with surgeries that are doomed to failure.
