Is there anyone in the United States that can give a similar result with blepharoplasty and brow lift? (Photos)

I am really impressed with this doctors work but he is in IRAN. Is there anyone in the United States that can give a similar result with Blepharoplasty and Brow Lift ? I know this is not a subtle change and I like that and that is the look I am looking for. I am looking for the same exact result. I just have yet to see anyone with such a drastic change in the United States, why is that so ? Is this doctors results too extreme perhaps ? I guess I like this extreme look!

Thank you for your question.  I really hope that American Facial Plastic Surgery has not gotten to the point that this is an acceptable appearance.  This look screams plastic surgery and not good plastic surgery at that.  You should really re-consider this being a natural result.  In no description of the aesthetic balance of the brow does this look exist.  I can tell you that I have trained with the greatest minds in Facial Aesthetics, and we would all be ashamed of this work.Please re-consider this look as this unfortunately is a one way road that you may not be able to come back from.

Consultation is needed to determine what you would benefit from. Be careful not to have unnatural results. If you are looking to have more almond shaped eyes, there is specialized to do it so you look natural. Volume augmentation can also be achieved with precise filler injection.

I agree with the prior posts that the results may be aggressive but at the cost of a significant scar and irregularity at the temporal hairline.  You can get a nice result with an upper lid bleph and a temporal lift that leaves the scar inside the hairline.

Look at the hairline in the third picture.  This person had some type of temple lift and the skin is bunched up an irregular at the hairline.  The temple area has a windswept look which is also seen in the first picture you posted.  Looking at the third set of picture, the blepharoplasty extends too far laterally and is actually disfiguring.  Study the second set of pictures, this person has had eyelid surgery and a forehead lift.  Dr. Mir did not address the patients upper eyelid ptosis.  All of the after pictures, the individuals have makeup they do not have in the before pictures and, of course, better lighting.  Caveat emptor.
