it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, hip dips are usually treated with fat transfer. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

there is no realistic treatment option for hip dips that does not include some type of procedure. Liposuction with fat transfer is the easiest and can be done as an Awake procedure in the office. Complication rates are exceedingly low and recovery is pretty easy.I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to get a better idea of what’s achievable and available.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
