Will the fat in my hips be affected by birth control pills if I take them before the fat transfer?

I want to have fat transferred to my hips but I'm scared the results will be affected by birth control pills. I haven't taken them yet but I plan to. If I have taken pills before the fat transfer, will the fat in my hips be affected?

Great question! No birth control pills themselves will not affect the results of a fat transfer. However if you gain or loose weight because of being on birth control pills, then the transferred fat will grow or shrink depending on your body.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

There is no problem or relationship with the fat transfer and birth control pills; If there is a gain of weight due them or other circumstances the result can change.On an evaluation with a Board certified Plastic surgery an assessment of your case can be done a consult directly all this questions. hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based in your question the  birth control pills themselves will not affect the results of a fat transfer.  However if you gain or loose weight because of being on birth control pills, then the transferred fat will grow or shrink depending on your body.but is recommended suspend the birth control and supplements you drink usually before 2 weeks to surgery.

You will likely see your weight gain in a uniform distribution after a fat transfer to the buttock (Brazilian buttock lift). The weight or fat that you gain after surgery will not necessarily all go to your buttock area. Similar to weight loss, It’s important to realize that weight loss will affect the entire body, but it may affect the buttock in a more pronounced manner
