Is bone shaving an option to reduce the width of hip bones?

I am interested in reducing the squared look that my hip dips give me. I know filling the gap is an option, but I am interested if none shaving is an option to redice the width of my hip bones?

There is no surgical method to "shave" the hip bones. Your hip bones have a lot of muscles attached to them so they can't be reduced. However, if you want to get some change in shape a combination of liposuction and fat transfer is a great option. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

From a practical perspective iliac crest reduction is not an option for a variety of reasons from the scars to the limited amount that can be achieved by such bone reduction. It is more effective to focus on augmentation of the hip dips where that is done by fat injections or hips implants.
