I had a facial fat transfer and then a touch up 10 months later and now I have even less fat than before. Does a second fat transfer interfere with the progress of the first one?

You have a subtle crease between your brow and nose- fat transfer may not be such a great option as it is such a small area to fill. Consider some HA filler instead to help improve that area.
I suggest seeing your physician. Swelling after treatment takes 3-6 weeks to resolve but if there is an abnormal look, then it may just be the fat that needs to be revised. I suggest seeing your physician if you are concerned. Best, Dr. Emer.
