Fat loss under eyes. What can I do? (Photo)

After viewing your photos it looks as though you have hollowing in the lower eye region. The tear troughs or hollowing is what gives the appearance of dark circles while accentuating under eye bags. There are a variety of different options that can address your concerns. Facial fillers are a great place to start as they fill in the hollow circles and are non surgical. Alternatively, a lower blepharoplasty, is a surgical approach that can reduce baggy eyelids by removing excess skin and protruding fat thus improving the appearance of the lower eyelids along with fat transfer into the tear troughs themselves to produce a smooth transition from the lower eyelid onto the cheek. I recommend going for a consultation with a board certified plastic  or oculoplastic specialist to determine best corrective treatment plan.

You do have some major hollowing under the eyes, and darker skin.  You can consider fat transfer to the lower lids.  Make sure you go to someone who does this regularly as it is not an easy procedure.  You can also consider some laser resurfacing and/or intense pulsed light treatments to try and lighten the skin tones, and bleaching creams.  

If you don't want fillers to augment the grooves of you lower eyelids, consult with a surgeon experienced with fat grafting in this area. I emphasize the word "experienced" because this is a more difficult procedure and complications are difficult to correct.
