what is the most efficient procedure to lift and elongate my eyes? (Photos)

The easy answer is yes... but of course, in my opinion, that has several caveats.  The original photo depicts someone whose lateral canthus is lower than the medial canthus, there is some bowing and rounding of the lower eyelid.  These not  abnormal eyelids.  They are just not considered the most aesthetically attractive.  In the second photo the eyelids are changed by pulling.  The lateral canthus now appears higher than the medial canthus and there is no longer bowing of the lower eyelid.  This in many respects is considered a more attractive look.  Other things are going on, though, that change the look.  The midface is now elevated and the lateral brow is elevated.So yes, these changes can be accomplished.  At this juncture based on only the photos, I believe surgery would include a lateral canthoplasty, midface lift and lateral browlift.  It is possible, after examination I would consider whether some of these changes could be aoomplised temporarily with fillers.  It is my opinion, also, that thread lifting would produce a short term result.Be well and best regards,Fred G. Thank you for your question and photo. I do see the change that you were trying to achieve. At a minimum, a lateral canthoplasty would be required to produce what you are looking for. You might also benefit from a temporal brow lift and release of the lower eyelid retractors. I would strongly recommend seeing an ASOPRS oculoplastic surgeon for this type of work. Best of luck!
