One of the plastic surgeons I’ve consulted with is recommending that I do a thread-lift on the same day I do my eyebag surgery and where the fat transfer will be grafted on several areas on my face. My concern is that if my face is swollen from the fat transfer, wouldn't doing a thread-lift during the same surgery after the results in a negative way? Are my concerns unwarranted? And if it’s not a good idea, how far apart should it be spaced?

I mark the areas for fat grafting as well as threadlifting with you upright, prior to going into surgery. I would do the fat grafting first, then eyebag surgery second (assuming you are doing some fat grafting to the lower lid/ midface area), then finish with the threadlift. With markings in place, I have not had any issues.

Yes, it is safe to have thread lifting performed at the same appointment as fat grafting and blepharoplasty. Autologous fat grafting does not cause swelling to any significant degree. It is your own fat and is usually placed with a blunt cannula. Thread lifting, on the other hand, has not provided the results that I had anticipated. Using several different types of threads has not improved my results. If you have a significant amount of skin laxity, you might want to consider a small lift. .
