I am 23, and have had these grooves for my whole life, which are getting worse with age. I also have flat mid face. My face feels saggy and is bottom heavy. I know filler could mask the look but I’m looking for something permanent I can do now so I don’t have to keep getting treatments so often. Could threads help this or a procedure to lift the muscle up? Thanks
