Can I get Botox for my nasal tip and flared nostrils? (photos)

Thank you for your question. Since you like your nose, especially at rest, you should not consider a rhinoplasty. Regarding a neuromodulator injection such as Botox: you want to be careful with that as there are lots of important muscles around the nose and mouth with important functions. The nose can be slightly upturned with Botox but preventing the lateral spread ("flare") upon smiling with Botox is not easily accomplished and rarely done. Sometimes less is more and I would leave things alone unless you'd like to have a slightly more upturned nose, which can safely be done with Botox. Best wishes!

Thank you for your question. Botox can help soften the appearance of flared nostrils. Be sure to see an experienced injector. 

Any of the neuromodulators — Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport — can improve the look of your nose when you smile by relaxing the flare of your nostrils and lifting the tip. It should not look different at rest than it does now.  The nice thing about Botox, Dysport or Xeomin is that they will wear off in 3 to 4 months. You can experiment with your looks and can always return to baseline after the neuromodulator stops working.
