I didn’t have lipo with TT bc dr stated it would jeopardize blood flow but I want to know if I can have improve results with lipo. I don’t understand how reviews of others with twice as much fullness gets a TT and they have a flat stomach so what’s wrong with me?

It is difficult to answer your question without examining you however from reviewing your photos it appears that you may have visceral fat. It is best to have an examination with a board certified plastic surgeon. You may benefit from weight loss first prior to another surgery. Good luck.

Unfortunately without an in-person examination of your tissues it is difficult to offer definite advice as to how to best improve your results. Possibilities include weight loss, need for additional muscle tightening, liposuction, etc. I would speak to your surgeon at length as to why differences between your expected and actual results developed.
