I wore a compression garment for 2 months and at 3 months because of my contour irregularities (mostly grooves), my surgeon suggested Cavitation 2 times a week for 2 weeks & injection for fat dissolving, which I did for about 2 months. I had no improvement whatsoever and I feel hopeless 'cause I can’t wear skirts anymore and the irregularities can be seen through jeans. My surgeon now suggested injection for fat dissolving and after 20 days mesotherapy and in-between Cavitation. I need advice.

Thank you for asking about your liposuction. You can have liposuction - if your cardiologist gives you written clearance in advance. So see your cardiologist first, so you can reassure your surgeon that you are fit for surgery. Hope this helps. Best wishes. Elizabeth Morgan MD PHD FACS

Walking after liposuction should be fine. Be sure to wear your compression garment while walking. Lymphatic massage is very helpful as well and can dramatically speed recovery and swelling resolution. Ask your plastic surgeon what their postop regimen is in particular.
Typically this would not be an issue, however if it is more severe, then I would place you on some Doxy for at least a couple weeks before to help it calm down.
