For the longest time, I've been self conscious about my nasiolabial folds being asymmetrical. I believe it's because of my bite... and precious ortho work when I was a child where all my pre-molars were extracted. I want to know what doctors think. ALSO, by looking at my pics, is there something in the bone that could be fixed

Hi @Sincere6779. Tyndall effect is the result of an HA filler being placed too superficially. The Tyndall effect is possible with any filler. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks...

The occlusion risk from filler would still exist due to either mass effect or direct embolization of the vessels. Furthermore, dilution would make the effect more short lived- in otherwords, you would have the same risks but decreased benefit. Do not do it that way!
