If you are searching for a more reliable long term result, you may want to consider buttock implants to restore volume and reduce the saggy of your buttock. Fat transfer can be effective but is often short lived and unpredictable. For the excess inner butt cheek fat, a lower buttock tuck also provides a more reliable permanent outcome than things like suspension sutures which give way over time or simple pull through the very heavy tissues of the buttock, especially after repeated sitting and flexing of the gluteus muscles during everyday activities. Make sure the results you are looking at are of similar patients to yourself not just models whom are barely in need of a procedure of this sorts. Hope this helps.

i'm guessing you are referring to the procedures described by Dr. Constantino Mendieta. Dr. Mendieta is brilliant and has extensive amount of experience. It is unlikely you will find someone with equal qualifications in Chicago but there may be someone.  This is probably not the best place to post looking for the right doctor.  I suggest contacting local board-certified plastic surgeons who show evidence of doing lots of BBL's in your area then asking if they've done skin resection's similar to those with what Dr. Mendieta calls  The thong lift. While I generally recommend patients stay local there are times were traveling makes sense.  Consider contacting Dr. Mendieta directly and asking him for recommendations. Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.
