Subglandular placement of any implant has a higher risk of contracture and it appears that on your right side that you may have a grade 3 capsular contracture.  The left implant should feel softer and it is very unlikely to have a slow leak at 1 year.  Consider having your surgeon re-examine you to give you his/her diagnosis.

This most likely represents a capsular contracture.  In breast augmentation I have chosen to spend time reviewing
photographs with patients to fully understand their expectation of size and
shape. Many times this simply raises
more questions. I will make measurements
and use the implant guides to allow the patient to understand exactly the sizes
that are reasonable for their body type and measurements.

It is difficult to evaluate the breast without seeing them with the arms down and also seeing how they move when displaced.  You may have a capsular contracture of one.  Best to see your surgeon.

It is likely that you have a capsular contracture on your right breast while your left breast is normal.  Subglandular silicone implants have a much higher rate of contracture than sub muscular.

You may have a possible contracture of your right breast, but a visit to your doctor would be indicated to know for sure. At one year, it is a good time for a follow up visit even if you did not have concerns.The other doctors here have correctly pointed out that this is more common with subglandular placement of implants.
