I received 390cc saline implants under the muscle filled to their max-420ccs (to help avoid rippling) I'm getting very concerned because I am already noticing rippling in my right breast on the side under my arm pit Is there any possibility of this problem fixing itself? I went from a 32a/b. The rippling is only visible if I raise my arm but you can also feel it along that side. I'm nervous my left breast will end up the same because it is riding high still and has not dropped.

All implants have some rippling, some more than others.  Overfilling saline implants helps to minimize it but even if overfilled beyond maximal suggested volume, implants will still ripple.A 390 filled to 420 will still have rippling and this will show if you are skinny.  Best treatment for rippling is to gain weight.  Of course this is not ideal for most patients.

and in fact, with settling, it can even worsen.  Issues such as this should have been reviewed during your 'consent' process and you make choices based on what you know and have been informed of.  Gel implants help considerably and the textured anatomic gel implants could possibly eliminate it as well.  So realize revisions are always possible down the road.
