Can I safely get a revision of tension made scars? (Photos)

Hello, I am 9 months post op, and have had a complicated recovery. my doctor convinced me scars should be in front of the tragus for best results and should be hardly noticable. He told me it would go along with the natural grooves of the ear, but I noticed the left was a straight up and down cut which was not along the ear right away. The back of my head had a tension issue which had some necrosed tissue, and a lump where sutures were. That lump is still present along with other lumpiness as well as hair loss along the scar. The back of the head is tender still, but I try to massage it daily now to break up the tissue In the last two weeks. There is a dent below the lump on the trnsion side which feels tethered to the bone. The left ear has been impossible to hide. The scar is raised with skin and beneath it feels thick, though inhave massaged it to be slightly less, it is obvious. I would like to see another doctor to go behind the Tragus for the ears, but am nervous there is not enough skin, as i feel these are tension scars. Also, the neck has some denting, which was the issue I went in for. He seems unsure how to fix it. In the first 3 months inhad antibiotics for seroma with skin punch on the bavk of the head. There is still a soft pliable spot behind my left ear. He hit the ear acara and behind ears with 2 rounds of steroids, and 1 co2 laser. This is where I am at today. I am 45 and deeply regrettig this surgery, as i cant hide these scars.
