Does it matter if I have a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition before a deep plane facelift or afterwards?

I have had two previous SMAS facelifts but each lasted about 6 years and now I am considering a deep plane FL/NL. I wanted to have two surgeries , a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition and possibly coronal forehead lift , then a DP face and neck lift with possible forehead lift. Can I get some suggestions as to the order of the Lower Bleph, coronals Browlift and Deep plan FL and NL. My question is in what order should I do the Lower Bleph, forehead lift and FL/NL?
