Mounds of fat near the side of the mouth - Do I need a revision facelift or is there something else I can do? (Photos)

51 years old, had a DP Face and Neck lift 7 months ago. I have mounds of fat, possibly perioral mounds below/side of my mouth that are swooping up towards my cheek. I had some fat deposits there before surgery, but this is far worse than pre-surgery. I thought this would be addressed by the facelift. Do I need a revision or is there something else that can be done?
