305cc, results after 2 revisions on breast lift with implants, would I need another lift to make them even? (Photos)

Question

I had a vertical lift with 305cc implants in 2020. Since then I’ve had two revisions. Right implant was lowered but is still too high. Surgeon said that maybe my chest is pointed outwards? Had another revision to tighten the left lower side. My size and shape has been so uneven since the beginning. I just don’t know what is going on or where to go from here. After two revisions, I just want them out at this point. But would I need another lift to make them even? Any advice/thoughts?

Breast lift with implants can be a complicated procedure. I see the asymmetry you mention. Overall it’s a pretty good  result. Up to you if you can live with it or want another revision .

The lower breast could be tightened with an inferior incision to remove some excess tissue and raise the implant up if needed. An examination and measurements are needed to be certain.

Based on your nicely posted photos over the Internet determination is your left breast, which I assume is the lower one has a larger nipple areola a lower nipple areola, And the implants too small for that side plus a revision full lift is needed. Almost all women have significant breast asymmetry.
Almost people,( men and women) the left breast sits higher on the chest wall than the right side.
The position of the breast on the chest wall is usually determined by the IMF (infra mammary fold )
With breast lift surgery, if the nipple is centered on the breast and the left nipple typically sits slightly higher then the right side because the left breast sits higher on the chest wall.
Some women have divergent breast in which case the nipple points out to decide.
Sometimes breast divergence is amplified and put on display with the projection of implants.Some women have divergent breast in which case the nipple points out to decide.

There are a lot of variables to take in the consideration.
To make a quality assessment we usually need to see proper before and after pictures.
For patients have had multiple procedures we should ideally have access to before, and after pictures to each of your previous operations.
