Unfortunately only time will tell if your brow will drop back down to its original position. There is a chance it may not due to scarring. Have you tried massaging the area? Massages can help to break down scar tissue and may release the brow down a bit more. However, there are things you can do to help with the asymmetry. Botox may help if you wanted to try a non-surgical option first. It can be injected to bring the right brow down and lift the left up. A brow lift is a surgical option to bring up the left brow to match the new height of the right one. I would recommend massaging above and below the right brow (especially around the scars) and wait another month to see if anything changes.
