Is it possible for my lip to be reconstructed? (Photos)

Hello I’m hoping to gain potential hope and answers for my situation. I had a bottom lip reduction that was supposed to be very simple for only a very small area of bulky tissue removal. I have very small lips in general to begin with, and after previous years of filler, I was left with a small area a little extra tissue that I requested to be removed. (All filler was removed many years ago). Unfortunately, the physician aggressively and irresponsibly removed a massive amount of the posterior wet mucosal tissue and left my lip void of enough tissue and lip incontinence, are there ways to rebuild the posterior lip mucosa back up? Could you possibly use cheek tissue? Are there lip reconstruction possibilities to build my lip back up? I am willing to travel anywhere in the US and looking for help. I have been in great distress. Thank you kindly
