Did I mess up my Accutane treatment?

I completed my Accutane treatment 3 months ago. I get a very occasional minor pimple now maybe once a month. My treatment duration was about 5.5 months. I was around 185 lb male and my first month was 40 mg following up with 80 mg for the rest. However, I had about a 2 week-gap between each refill. I also didn't always take it with fatty meals or a meal because I would tend to forget to take the meds and missed doses along the way as well.
