The BBL i sued to contour the buttocks. Many buttocks present square shaped and have to be contoured. This enatails taking fat from the waist as well as other areas and transferring it to the buttocks as well as to the hips. The aim is to get curves instad of lines. You should consult with a Board Certified PS with extensive experience performing the BBL. Good luck!
