No pain but so much tightness!

Question

415 silicone HP over the muscle. I feel great and I love the shape and size but today my right breast feels extra tight and hard like its going to pop! I'm worried about cc because I'm super petite. Like literally their smallest patient . also when they drop will I have more cleavage? ( I hope)

Best to see your doctor. The feeling of "super tight going to pop" isn't something that I ever want to hear. I personally advise for smaller implants in patients like you, so it's possible this is all just tightness from big implants on a small frame. That said, let's not do any guesswork, shall we? make sure to pay a visit to your MD asap to make sure you're not bleeding.

Thanks for reaching out.  It is hard to say without an exam or asking some more questions.  How far out from your surgery are you?    Did the pain happen suddenly.  Is the breast that feels tight and hard larger in size?  Is there any bruising on the underside of the breast?  I would check in with your plastic surgeon to make sure you don't have a hematoma.  I hope this helps :)
