Can I apply icepack to my throat for soreness and swelling?

It would not be a problem to use an ice pack on and off around your neck after your CoolSculpting procedure.  It could help to reduce your swelling.

You can definitely apply ice on and off to the area under your chin to help with the discomfort after coolsculpting. The bruising will and should resolve itself in the coming week.
