I have pain and sensitivity in suture line and above during sleeping position, is this normal?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Only your doctor knows what was done during surgery so if there is abnormal pain your doctor can best address your situation.

I'm assuming you had an FUT (strip) procedure.  Usually by two weeks the sutures are out and there is minimal if any discomfort at the suture line though for some people it takes longer.  Things always hurt more at night when there is nothing to distract your brain from focusing on them.  The pain should continue to improve. It would not be  bad idea to give your surgeon a call, though, and be evaluated to assure nothing abnormal is going on.

I'm a bit confused?? Usually when we do FUE we do not use sutures. The whole idea of FUE is no sutures and no linear scar. If you had a strip surgery or FUT, then the discomfort that you are experiencing sounds normal. Sutures are not used for FUE but assuming you meant a strip surgery, some people have pain associated with the scar which usually goes away after the sutures are removed
