Do I need a ptosis surgery for both eyes? (Photos)

I always had trouble how my eyes look. I started to look into solutions recently. There are multiple problem areas in my eyes but i think upper eyelid is the biggest but i am not sure if it will help dramatically or it will be too subtle. Or do you think i need another type of op rather than upper eye. Thanks!

You may have might left upper eyelid ptosis and may benefit from ptosis surgery or there may be other alternatives to camouflage such as filler injection or skin surgery. Need more detailed evaluation to determine.

Assuming the photos are not flipped (mirror image), you appear to be raising your left brow, which could mean that you also have left upper eyelid ptosis but are compensating for it by raising the brow. Also, your right lower eyelid sits lower than your left, and the right eye appears possibly...

HelloYour eyelid height is quite symmetric but your crease seems higher, ı don't think you are good candidate for surgery but for filler. Hope It helpsBest regards
