Hello imaginative236791, thank you for your questions regarding ugly arm wrinkles on the upper arm where it meets your elbow. Thank you also for including your picture. As you have determined this is due to sun damage on your arm. This is resulted in skin and collagen damage resulting in wrinkles around the elbow. Arm issues can typically be boiled down to three anatomic problems: skin, fat, or muscle. It is rarely a muscle problem and that is not your arm problem. If it is a fat problem, plastic surgeons perform arm liposuction; that is not your arm problem. Your problem is our arm skin. To remove arm skin, an incision must be made. This can be made around the elbow. I do not believe chemical peels, creams, lasers or Morpheus8 will improve the skin in this area. In my opinion, the arm skin needs to be removed. Thank you for your question. It is hard to provided with a valid medical opinion with photo I would like to see a different angle from your arms. I would suggest to be treated by board certificated plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.
