I recently lost about 10 pounds and my arms look terrible. They don't match the rest of my body. I would appreciate any recommendations on creams, treatments or magic! I've been trying to gain the weight back and hope that will help too. Thank you!
Answer: Arms There are no magical creams that will tighten loose skin. However, radiofrequency treatments with micro -needling like Morpheus can be very helpful.

Answer: Skin tightening There are a few options to consider to improve the appearance of the texture of your skin. One is Morpheus8. This treatment combines microneedling with RF technology to tighten skin. Three treatment sessions are recommended for optimal results. Another option is Evolve Tite and Tone. These treatments are all done in the office with little to no downtime. See my website or a provider near you to learn more.

Answer: Arm wrinkle treatment From your photo, you have deep wrinkles and "crepey" skin. While a good medical grade skin care regimen is helpful, you may not achieve the improvement you seek. I regularly recommend a series of laser and microneedling (Morpheus8) treatments which will help this.

Answer: Treatment for Forearm After Weight Loss Thank you for your question about treating the forearm after weight loss. It appears that you have crepe paper skin on the forearms. This can be a combination of weight loss, genetics, and sun damage. Whatever the cause, I'm sure you are more concerned and interested in the treatment. Surgical treatments include a forearm lift with an incision from the elbow to the wrist. However, That will eliminate only some of the wrinkles. I would suggest mechanisms that change the skin texture in your particular case. I would first start with a 35% TCA peel. You may want to use this on a localized area to see if it helps significantly. Additionally, you may want to consider a laser for skin resurfacing. This will help to eliminate wrinkles. I specialize in arm lifts. I hope that I have answered your questions regarding the arm reduction. If you have any more questions regarding the arm lift, arm reduction, brachioplasty or arm crease fat grafting, please contact my office. Since a brachioplasty or arm lift surgery is a difficult procedure, please seek an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing these types of arm lifts. Do your research. Make sure your chosen plastic surgeon has performed at least 100 arm lifts. Make sure they have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen.
