Can I get lip fillers if I have permanent silicone in my lips? (photo)

Hi and thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to get lip fillers if you have silicone lip implant. The filler can be added on top of the silicone with much caution in small amounts. There is a greater risk associated with this so mane sure you seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or experienced expert injector. Thank you for your question, most doctors will start with one-syringe to avoid overfilling. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. Thank you for your question.  You can have filler injected over the top of lip implants but the injector needs to be experienced.  All The Best 

But the person should be experience with this type of injection. We usually hold the implant away from the area that we will inject and we need to make sure not to cause necrosis very careful injection and very small amount.
